Follow these three steps every morning and evening to get a healthy looking skin. One should exfoliate every other day as one gets older. You can use any exfoliating scrub (eg organic jojoba beads), turmeric dry powder mask or a organic chemical peel such as a pumpkin glow mask. This will help with rejuvenation of skin and reduce blemishes and pigmentation over time.
There are many products out there in the market. Pick something which has organic ingredients, are gentle, and free from harsh chemicals. I have found that having essential oil based products has an added benefit of aromatherapy. The aromatic fragrance of essential oils will also make you relaxed and happy which in turn will help your largest organ – the skin of course behave in the most glowing manner.
