Secret to a Radiant Glowing Skin

Beauty in nature

Nature is beautiful and so are you. Everyone can have a flawless beautiful glowing skin. Some days the skin will feel fresh and radiant. The other days not so much. Skin is the largest organ of the body and believe me it throws tantrums too.. just like your moods.

The secret is to incorporate a simple skin care routine twice a day to get to a healthy skin. Just like the fine balance of musical notes makes a melodious tune- a healthy skin has three basic notes.

Note 1 Cleanse with a gentle facial cleanser- upward, outward circular motion

Note 2 Tone-always use a toner to firm up your skin, and give it a healthy pH balance

Note 3 Nourish– massage in upward outward circular motion – with cream and/or serum to give nutrition to you skin – look for a cream with natural antioxidants which will nourish and feed your skin.

Follow these three steps every morning and evening to get a healthy looking skin. One should exfoliate every other day as one gets older. You can use any exfoliating scrub (eg organic jojoba beads), turmeric dry powder mask or a organic chemical peel such as a pumpkin glow mask. This will help with rejuvenation of skin and reduce blemishes and pigmentation over time.

There are many products out there in the market. Pick something which has organic ingredients, are gentle, and free from harsh chemicals. I have found that having essential oil based products has an added benefit of aromatherapy. The aromatic fragrance of essential oils will also make you relaxed and happy which in turn will help your largest organ – the skin of course behave in the most glowing manner.

You should still treat yourself to a day out to a spa as the pampering you are given will be peaceful to your mind.

The most powerful ingredient to your glowing beautiful skin is positive thinking and happiness. Stay away from negativity and regret. Start with excersizing and eating healthy.

Mastering these three simple steps (cleanse, tone and nourish ) will give you a healthy skin. This in turn will determine your art to aging gracefully.
